That is really some letter. The thing about racism is that everyone has their own story about it. Everyone has a bias. It's a difficult thing to reconcile those things together.

I understand that this is an issue, but wouldn't it be better to go after the big corporations that employ these people? I can't imagine that they would keep coming if they couldn't get work.
